 Barbie Fashionista is for ages 3+ up with several different doll options for the princess or if your little prince needs a girlfriend for his GI Joes.   Many times when my son was little Barbie was saved from the jaws of an angry dinosaur by a GI Joe.

 WWE Elite Collection Action Figure is for ages 8 and up is of current popular wrestlers of the WWE.  I have always been of the opinion that wrestling is like soap opera for men with feats of athletic prowess and explained it to my son as such.  Admire the discipline that it takes to achieve their physique and the choreography that makes what the do believable, but not condone violence.

 Uno is a card game similar to Crazy 8's for ages 7 and up (although you can modify your rules to go by colors and take out the skip cards for younger children).   I am biased on this one as it is my favorite card game.  The goal is to get rid of the cards in your hand by achieving different goals and lose points having left overs.  You have to use sorting, multitasking and math skills.  Here is a link to the official rules.

Hot Wheels "Decide Your Ride" and get a coupon for $5 off $20 in Hot Wheels toys

Hot Wheels is currently having a promotion where you can vote on a selection of cars for an exclusive Walmart pack using the code “VOTE“ here and upon completing the voting and filling out information you will be emailed a link for $5 off $20.  The coupon is good until 5/1/12 so you could shop around for a sale and stock up for and put back for Christmas presents or birthday for the special little boy (or big boy if they are still Hot Wheel collectors) in your life.

WALGREENS DEAL - GUD BY BURTS BEES LOTION AS LOW AS $3.09 WITH COUPONS

Walgreens currently has two new fragrances for the GUD line, Orange Petalooza and  Vanilla Flame on sale for $5.59 (Regular price:  $7.99 - at Target is is nearly $10). 

If you "Like" GUD on Facebook you can print a coupon for $1 off. 

Additionally, on the display at the store, there was an additional coupon for $1.50 and as Walgreen is one of the few stores that still stack coupons, you could score this for as low as $3.09.


I tried the Orange Petalooza scent and it has a light orange scent with a hint of hyacinth in a base of shea butter.  It is on par with similarly priced lotions, is non-greasy and absorbs quickly.  
It is not tested on animals and the packaging is made with 25% post consumer waste (but may not be recyclable in all areas).

What that means to me is that it is a good deal on sale and a great deal with the coupons, but if faced between a sale on a different brand of similar quality (that is not animal tested) on sale and paying full price for this product, I would not be brand loyal - I would go for the item that is on sale.


If you don't want to try the new scents, the coupons can be used on any GUD product and could be used at any store that carries GUD products.
